Job Position : PPIC Supervisor
Job desc :
Maintain and monitor activities in inventory controlling including, creating purchase plans and monitoring deliveries
Coordinate with the warehouse in regards to warehouse space occupancy and utilization, ensuring all material delivery from suppliers are well communicated and anticipated.
Support material development activities by coordinating with RnD to ensure projects are well executed without delay and at the same time prevent any unplanned costs from occurring as the impacts of the projects.
Maintain stock of material as per given standard.
Monitor the slow-moving and obsolete stock and ensure the process of depleting those kinds of stocks is well planned and executed.
Lead and supervise the staff under his/her by monitoring their performance, identifying talents, and maintaining and grooming the talents.
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degrees from a reputable university in all major, preferably from industrial engineering.
Minimum 2 Years of Experience as PPIC Senior Staff, Leader, Supervisor Level in Manufacturing Industry).
Job Position : CAPEX Controller
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree of Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Professional qualification (ACCA, IESOEL, CIMA) would be a strong asset.
Responsible, ambitious and committed to excellence at work.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Results-driven, capable to perform well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Job Description:
Checking all supported documents in accordance with quality procedure and Import regulations.
Responsible for internal and external administration of import documents.
Tracking purchase orders and suppliers delivery schedules.
Directly coordinate with Customs and Excise Department and Forwarder to managing import document.
Supporting in design project development
Handling purchase return & suppliers complaint
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor Degree, in Economic/ Business or equivalent.
At least 1 years working experience in Purchasing Departement. Have experience in import purchasing will be an advantage.
Proficient in Ms. Excel & Power Point.
Able to write & speak in english.

Requirements :
