Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Internship Program is an excellent way to gain exposure in international Oil and Gas Company and as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies with the real working experience. The program is for Fresh Graduate and will start in January 2023 up to 31 December 2023.

1. Fresh Graduate Internship Program 2023 – Finance & Accounting

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Department report analysis
Support invoice processing
Support month end accounting closing processes
Support budgeting processes
Support reporting processes
Projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Hold Bachelor degree in Accounting major.
Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
Fresh graduate, 0 up to < 1 year of experience.
Able to operate Excel, Words, and Power Point.

2. Fresh Graduate Internship Program 2023 – External Relations & Communications

EY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Produce, collect, select, and process information that has news value accurately and interestingly, internally and externally.
Creating, and producing articles (bilingual) and internal magazine (POBAHA) semesterly, including publication in Sharepoint.
Prepare publication schedule including initial concept and content.
Supporting the engagement with local media/journalists, including supporting the joint program of SKK Migas – Production Sharing Company related to Media Relations.

3. Fresh Graduate Internship Program 2023 – Operations (Process Engineering)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Provide support on day to day problem solving on the process engineering problems and process optimization by performing engineering study, process simulation, and engineering calculation
Actively involve on contract development and laboratory services contract monitoring
Actively involve on chemical supply contract monitoring
Provide support on Operation activities both on Jakarta office and offshore field such as meetings with SKK Migas/partners/corporates technical function, operation audits, planned shutdown activities, etc
Actively involved on any Hazop analysis, management of change, engineering study.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Hold Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
Familiar with process simulation software such as Hysys or equal, familiar with flow assurance software such as OLGA will be an advantage.
Active in organization activities is preferable.

4. Fresh Graduate Internship Program 2023 – Operations Engineering

Provide assistance & support which include but not limited to:
Maintenance Planning
Operations Production Performance

5. Fresh Graduate Internship Program 2023 – SCM (Material Management)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support Warehouse, inventory and logistics activities
Assist Material Management activities
Support supply chain management practice in the working field.
Contributes to the Supply Chain department on processes, products, and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Management, IT, or Science
Strong interest to grow a career in a supply chain environment

Provide assistance & support which include but not limited to:
Planning, implementing, check and act of HSSE & AI activities.

7. Fresh Graduate Internship Program 2023 – Exploration

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Perform the technical support for the prospect generation & maturation process
Provide G&G technical support for the drilling preparation
Provide support for New Venture activities
Assist Exploration team in any relevant meeting preparation and follow up process (both internal and external meetings)
Liaise with DDM team for the G&G data management QA/QC

QUALIFICATIONS:

Hold Bachelor degree in Geology or Geophysics major.

Provides support for SCM department activities, including:

Assist vendor registration process in the Company Prosys
Monitor compliance to the procurement process
Prepare and monitoring Centralized Integrated Vendor Database announcement and registration process
Assist Pre-qualification process
Administer Tender Document template
Preparing correspondence with tenderer i.e.: invitation letter, bid bulletin, negotiation letter, nomination letter etc.

Assist Balikpapan Representative Officer (BROF) to handle office administration, goods and documents handling, support conducting events or meetings and land transportation as scope of work.
Assist BROF to provide supports to all functions that need local supports, focusing on Business Services, Operations, Project, HSSE, Commercial, SCM, and ERC. This includes dealing with external stakeholders.
Assist BROF to implement HSSE management.
Assist BROF to improve business process as required.
Assist BROF related to offshore operations and other projects.
Maintain business support running properly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
