Jabatan / Posisi :
1. Sustainable Development Specialist – Jakarta Office
Ensuring that Sustainability (ESG) data is collected completely, accurately, and on time, evaluating data and providing recommendations to related functions, ensuring the validity of data from third parties (assurance), conducting materiality surveys to obtain materiality topics / ESG topics, and preparing and conducting Sustainability Report (SR) as well as implementing improvements and improvements in Sustainability management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Environmental, Sustainable Development/CSR, Development Study, Industrial, Land Planning, Psychology and Social.
Min. 10 years experiences on Sustainable Development in Mining Industry or Min. 12 years in General Industry.
Good knowledge of Sustainable Development (SD) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Fluent Communication in English (writing and verbal).
Expertise in Microsoft Office.
Having Project Management & Report/Presentation skill.
Preferably having experience with all ISO based.
2. Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist – Jakarta Office
Govern the planning and implementation of social responsibility program and/or initiatives by guidance of ISO 26000 to be in line with company’s vision and mission to achieve good corporate governance and optimize company contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Environmental, Sustainable Development/CSR, Development Study, Industrial, Land Planning, Psychology and Social.
Min. 5 years experiences on Corporate Social Responsibility in Mining Industry.
Good knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Fluent Communication in English (writing and verbal).
Expertise in Microsoft Office.
Having Project Management & Report/Presentation skill.
Preferably having experience with all ISO based.
3. Learning & Development – Jakarta Office
Managing Learning and Talent Management System start from Training Management, Competency Management, KPI Management, Promotion Management. Starting Identifying Training Need, Develop and Implement Training Program, Organize L&D events, Track Training & Development Progress, Assess Effectiveness Training Program, Managing Training Budget.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree from any major.
Min. 7 years experiences on Training and Development, preferable in the same industry.
Good understanding and sound knowledge of Learning and Talent
Management System and Process.
Good analytical thinking, cooperation and presentation skill.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
Good communication in both written & spoken English.
