Jabatan / Posisi :

1. Assistant HR

Job Descriptions :

• Maintain good relationship with manpower and government institution.
  Handle all Industrial Relations activities between company and employee.
  Implementation employee data entry processes by using HRIS System.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree; Preferably in Law.
  Min 2 years of working experience as HR in Palm oil plantation company.
  Experience in handling Industrial Relation & HRIS
  Willing to work in Remote Area Sintang, West Kalimantan (Ambalau-Serawai)
  Location : Sintang – West Kalimantan (Remote Area)

2. Assistant Accounting

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related major.
  At least 4 years of working experience, preferably have experience in Palm Oil Plantation company.
  Experience in handling AR/AP, General Ledger, Financial report, Petty cash, Bank reconciliation, Fixed asset, Budget.
  Fluent in English (both oral & written) is Must.

3. Assistant Emplacement

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :

• Menjaga dan merawat emplacement di Site.
  Memastikan kebutuhan pekerja tersedia (alat kerja, APD, rumah, peralatan rumah tangga.
  Memastikan keselamatan dan kesehatan lingkungan di area emplacement.
  Membuat laporan analisa data emplacement.
  Melakukan perencanaan kerja dan perbaikan emplacement

Kualifikasi :

• Memiliki pengalaman menangani General Affair Emplacement di perusahaan Kelapa Sawit.
  Bersedia penempatan di Papua (Nabire)

4. Assistant IT

Job Descriptions :

• Microsoft Windows Server (2003, 2008R2) administration, installation, disaster recovery planning, backups, performance analysis, and tuning on an enterprise scale.
  Configuring, troubleshooting, and managing server hardware.
  Experience with remote administration of network equipment, administering LAN and WAN architecture at multiple sites.
  Troubleshooting techniques coupled with customer support experience

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  At least 3 years of working experience handling IT support and network in palm oil company.
  Good communication in English (both written & oral).
  Ready to join ASAP.

5. Assistant Manager HR Organization Development and Culture

Job Description:

• Organization Development
  Review and develop competencies.
  Review and analyze the organization.
  Develop and review HR Hire to Retire Policy and SOPs.
  Conduct job analysis and job grading.
  Culture & Values
  Develop Culture and Values internalization (cultivation)
  Conduct culture and values assessment including engagement survey.
  Facilitate action plans related to assessment or survey results.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resource, or related.
  Having experience in culture, engagement surveys, assessment, and competencies projects.
  Good communication in English.
  Having certified in Human Resources, would be an advantage.
  Placement in Jakarta.

6. Assistant Manager GIS & GPS

Requirements :

• Candidate must graduate from Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering (Teknik Geodesi).
  Minimum 6 years experience handle survey and mapping in palm oil plantations company.
  Have experience in carrying out mapping using Drone Mapping, especially the Fixed Wing Drone type.
  Masterly in using GIS mapping software, especially ArcGIS.
  Experience in topographic surveying and proficient in building GIS Geodatabases.
