1. Area Business Leader

Job Description

  • Identifying opportunities, creating strategy and business development plans in all channels within the area
    Leading and orchestrating the Functions in area to develop consumer,customer and shopper

2. Customer Business Development

Job Description

  • Identifying opportunities, creating strategy. and channel development plans within the stores
    Leading and guiding the execution that is cascaded from the channel plan
    Developing and optimizing the Sales Representative function in order to support the strategy and channel plans

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) from any major
    Min. 2 years of experience in similar roles
    Has an analytical mind with a strategic abilicy
    Excellent business sense and communication skills
    Willing to be placed all over Indonesia

3. Key Account Manager

Job Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters by build and maintain strong, client relationships & engagement
    Building Paragon category and brand sustainable growth with customers by develop strategic Joint Business
    Plan regulariy engage Review with customers

4. Shopper and Customer Marketing Management

Job Description

  • Analyze data or insights and devise medium-term strategies for product categories and take initiation to drive promotion campaign for addition revenue
    Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category
    Work ciosely with Sales & Marketing teams on daily basis for trade promotion alignment
    Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility and ensure product availability that meets consumer demands

5. Channel Development

Job Description

  • Translate category & brand objectives on a market level into channel category objectives: channel priorities, idencify strategic initatives, effective programs
    Ensure effective new product launches. line extensions through organizing category road shows/ presentations for the sales teams
    Work with the relevant Channel & Supply chain teams to set up the route to market and build a sustainable service model

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) from any major
    Min. 2 years of experience in similar roles

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Willing to be placed in Jakarta
