Idneeded.com – PT Darma Henwa Tbk didirikan sebagai perusahaan berstatus Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN) dengan nama PT Darma Henwa berdasarkan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia dengan Akta No. 54, tanggal 8 Oktober 1991. Pada bulan Juli 1996, Perusahaan mengubah statusnya dari PMDN menjadi perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) dengan masuknya Henry Walker Group Limited sebagai pemegang saham terbesar Perseroan. Pada bulan Januari 2005, Perseroan mengubah namanya menjadi PT HWE Indonesia dan pada bulan September 2006 berubah lagi namanya menjadi PT Darma Henwa Tbk. Di tahun 2007, Perseroan menjadi perusahaan public dengan nama PT Darma Henwa Tbk dengan mencatatkan 3.150.000.000 (tiga miliar seratus lima puluh juta) saham biasa di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham DEWA.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of Human Resources experience
A strong understanding of labor and employment law
Experience in facilitating cross-functional teams to implement cultural changes
Having a strong knowledge about GCG, SOP, SWI and its implementation.
Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Profound knowledge of organizational culture, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
2. Supervisor Culture & Human Experience
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience
A strong understanding of labor and employment law
Experience in facilitating cross-functional teams to implement cultural changes
Having a strong knowledge about GCG, SOP, SWI and its implementation.
Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Profound knowledge of organizational culture, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
3. General Manager HCM Services and Strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related majors.
Have min work experience. 10 years in the same position (Bachelor degree)
Having excellent experience Mining Business Process, HR Procedure and Regulation
Having experience with leading a project in terms of improvement
Having knowledge in labour law and regulation related to it
Able to work with a deadline
Proficiency in English
Willing to be placed on job site PT Darma Henwa Tbk
4. General Manager Learning & Culture
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related majors.
Have min work experience. 10 years in the same position (Bachelor degree)
Having excellent experience Mining Business Process, HR Procedure and Regulation, Leadership, Coaching, Mentoring & Counselling
Having trainer certification is preferred
Able to work with a deadline
Proficiency in English

5. Supervisor HR Digitalization & Transformation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on digitalization and transformation in a mining or extractive industry setting.
Demonstrated expertise in digital HR solutions, data analytics, and project management.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and related technologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Supervisor Talent Management
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience
2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance and talent management in the mining or extractive industry.
Strong understanding of performance management systems and talent management strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
7. Superintendent Performance & Talent Management
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of Human Resources experience
3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance and talent management in the mining or extractive industry.

11. Superintendent Talent Acqusition
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources / Management / Industrial Engineering /, Psychology is preferred
Minimum 3 year experience in mining industry, 6 years experience in non mining industry.
Having excellent analytical data, improvement data recruitment, HSE procedures & HRD Policy
Having Certificate Recruitment & Training is preferred
Fluent in English is preferred

12. Supervisor Culture Implementation
