1. Head, Legal and Regulatory

JOB SCOPE

• Lead and drive the Legal & Regulatory department by providing timely, high guality and solutions-oriented legal advice/services to the Board, Management and Teams in line with the policies and procedures to protect the interests of the company and minimize legal risks and exposures.
  Lead the legal litigation process, protect the legal interest and reputation taking into consideration the strategic and business needs in ensuring the long-term sustainability of the company.
  Responsible forthe licenses and land matters related to the plantation Operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Laws with Honors from reputable university
  Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) or its eguivalent.
  Liaison / negotiation with foreign counterparties and international legal firms
  Exposure working abroad would be an added advantage.
  In-house legal counsel / advisor in a multi-national Corporation / major public listed company
  Partner of a medium-sized legal firm can be considered.
  Working experience in the plantation sector would be added advantage.

2. Head, Engineering

JOB SCOPE

• To develop plans, designs, manages, and ensure the overall operational, technical, and administrative activities of engineering projects to support the Estate and Mills operations within Region.
  Implementation and execution of Capex Projects which includes engineering projects i.e. mechanical, civil and electrical at estates and mills, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  Operational excellence projects and activities (process improvement projects).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering : Mechanical / Civil / Electrical
  Minimum 15 years of experience with 5 years in project Management
  Strong in project management: including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (professional) and Bahasa Indonesia.
  Having prior experience in the oil & gas company or plantation will be an advantage to handle this position.

3. Head, Corporate Communications & External Relations

JOB SCOPE

• Develop, coordinate, and manage internal and external content: regulated reporting and other publications (i.e., annual report / sustainability report / newsletter): digital platforms: events: brand communications: creative design & production.
  Manage media relations.
  Strategize, monitor, and evaluate sponsor and CSR programs to support business and promote visibility of company image in the area coverage.
  Crisis management.
  Actively engage with and handling local and foreign media, NGO, shareholders’ enguiries related to the company and other stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Communication / Law / Public Relations / Journalism / another related field.
  Minimum 15 years in related job function, preferably in plantation industry.
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (professional) and Bahasa Indonesia.
  Acguire in Public Speaking, Strategy, Crisis communication, Social Media platform. Preferably to have knowledge in plantation industry & culture.
