Salah satu anak perusahaan kami adalah PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM). SCM adalah salah satu sumberdaya dengan kandungan nikel terbesar di dunia yang mengandung sekitar 13,8 juta ton nikel (kadar 1,22% Ni) dan 1,0 juta ton kobalt (kadar 0,08% Co). Tambang SCM pada awalnya dimiliki oleh Rio Tinto dan merupakan tambang terbuka yang besar, dekat dengan permukaan, dan berbiaya rendah, dalam konsesi seluas 21.100 hektar. Tambang SCM memiliki sumberdaya nikel limonit yang kaya, dengan komposisi campuran antara nikel limonit (77%) dan nikel saprolit (23%). Bijih nikel limonit adalah bahan baku yang digunakan dalam produksi Mixed Hydroxide Precipitate (“MHP”) melalui teknologi pemrosesan High Pressure Acid Leach (“HPAL”) yang kemudian dapat diiubah menjadi nikel sulfat untuk digunakan dalam produksi baterai kendaraan bermotor listrik;

Jabatan :

1. Procurement Officer

Key Roles :

• Analyze the user requirement in terms of technical specifications, quality, and budget to carry out appropriate procurement activities.
  Analyze the commercial and technical aspects of the received proposals to achieve cost efficiency accordance with the budget allocation.
  Managing administrative processes of procuring to meet with the quality and time according to needs.
  Analyze vendor specialization & performance.
  Perform continuous improvement on the Procurement function.

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering major
  Fresh Graduate or 1 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management
  Proficient in Ms Office
  Proficient in English, both Oral & Writing
  Good communication & interpersonal skill
  Placement: Head Office, Jakarta

2. Superintendent Environment

Key Roles :

• Develop and monitor program & budget plans for environmental management.
  Ensuring environment compliance.
  Active in environmental audits & investigations.
  Review Weekly, monthly and annual environment reports.
  Perform inspections on the impact of production activities and infrastructure development for both companies and contractors.
  Coordinate with other departments & contractors to obtain consistent environmental compliance support.

Requirements :

• Minimal bachelor’s degree in Environment / Forestry / Chemical / Mining / Agricultural Engineering
  Minimum 10 years’ experience in Mining industry with 5 years’ experience related to environment or 1 years experience as Superintendent Environment
  Familiar with environmental regulations
  Expert in environmental management & monitoring standards
  Able to prepare RKAB, RR, RPT & AMDAL
  Able to conduct environmental risk assessments, investigations and audits related to environmental compliance
  Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

3. Supervisor Guest Relation

Key Roles :

• Monitor site visitor arrival schedule.
  Coordinate with other Department regarding the readiness and availability of transportation & accommodation for visitor.
  Daily & weekly site visitor activities report.
  Make sure the needs of site visitors are met as needed.
  Support General Affairs activities.
  Make alignment regarding visitor route determination.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma Degree from any Major
  Minimum 1 years’ experience in related position
  Proficient in English, both Oral & Writing
  Proficient in Mandari, both Oral & Writing
  Good communication & interpersonal skill
  Good leadership skill
  Experience in Ms Office
  Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
